Manny Ayala recently joined Power to Decide as Senior Director of People & Culture, where he will partner with leadership to strengthen culture, scale people operations, and build systems that are clear, equitable, and built to last. He brings over a decade of experience serving as Head of People Operations in mission-driven and fast-scaling organizations, leading executive-level strategy across talent, performance, and organizational design. 

Manny holds a Master’s in Public Administration and is SHRM-CP certified. He is passionate about building workplaces where accountability, compassion, and results can coexist.
